Electrocardiogram 

• An ECG records the electrical activity

Exercise Stress Test

• Used to determine if your heart receives enough oxygen and proper blood flow when it needs it most, such as when you are exercising

Echocardiogram

• An ECHO uses sound waves to take a moving picture of the heart and heart valves

Cardiac Catheterization

• A cath uses a thin, flexible tube that is moved through the blood vessels into the heart

• Dye may be used to get a clear picture of the heart and aorta

• Can be used to correct narrowing

Magnetic Resonance Imaging 

• An MRI creates clear, detailed pictures of the heart

• It is used to show any narrowing that may be present and the size of the heart
