Billing & Insurance
We participate with most local and many national insurance plans. However it is your responsibility to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see, or the services you can receive. If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts. Please contact our billing office at (316)440-8800 or call your insurance carrier should you have questions.
When you receive emergency care or are treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected from surprise billing or balance billing. In addition, healthcare providers now need to provide patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical services. Additional information about the Surprise Act and requesting a Good Faith Estimate can be downloaded below. For more information on the No Surprises Act please visit getcoveredkansas.org.
